Hi,
it's only in the last few years that the (alleged) 'mentally ill' have routinely decided to drive into crowds with cars, trucks and whatever form of transport they can seemingly get their hands on, trying to kill and maim as many innocent people as possible. How did they pass their driving tests, get insurance and in some cases go through the process of renting vehicles given their illness?

What's changed in the world of Mental Health that causes the patient to choose this most deadly form of self-expression?

Has the BBC or C4 found an alleged Mental Health Expert to keep a straight face while looking into a camera to tell us that it's standard behaviour for such patients, and that UK and Commonwealth countries have a long history of this?
