Redemption Request Pending from 25days.

I Have requested a redemption on 22th Oct 2016. Almost 25 days completed but not reward from mytokri. Please look into this redemption request and process it. As i made 4 mails from past 1 week but no response. The below link is requested Redemption

At least mention the date on which day the Redemption will be processed. So that we will not post thread regarding reward redemption.

This is too trouble no reply on this thread from past 1 month we are posting the comments and almost 20 mails PM but No Use and No Reply.
We are loosing hoops on mytokri. At least revert me back us it will done or not.
