Alright let me start off by talking about how the problem started, I bought Killing Floor 2 and started to download> My max speed is 7.4mb/s for reference, but when the game got to 14gbs done downloading it slowed to ~300kb/s for no reason. I stopped the download and started a different game after trying several methods to "speed up steam download", alas those games downloaded fine at 7.4mb/s. So i deleted the game and reinstalled it, and guess what at 14gbs it slowed down to ~300kb/s, at this point I was awestruck. Please no one say the obvious answers to a more generic steam download problem as not only have I probably tried them, it is not my internet nor is there and connectivity problems as it only happens on this game and only starts once this game reaches 14gbs downloaded. Update: it is now flipping between 500kb/s and 0 I'm not sure if this will ever download at this rate.
