I guess you are referring to the problem after submitting the Claim form. This is the error message that I get
An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later.

If it is different from the one you're getting then please resolve this one too.

Or open an incognito/private browsing window
Or use a different browser

I didn't have to do the Claim Gift again because it showed as completed along with an Amazon order number
