Please investigate this. It seems like a case of a duplicate account. This guy claims to be a regular bidder, yet he is still talking about (a) his starting 100 bids (b) that he has played 50 bids only

Pls make some modifications in automated bidding tool system..it's very difficult to win..it takes more time to complete a deal..
My suggestion is at a time we can add only particular amount of bids ...for ex at a time 100 bids only can be added in automated bidding tool ..make it quick so that It will be easy to complete the bids and win deal ...

I suggest a drastic change. I'm providing a framework for 3 groups, you can change it to 2 groups if you like
I suggest you have 3 leagues for bidding: Major League, Middle League & Minor League
In Minor League, you only have products of Rs 200 or lesser
In Middle League, you only have products of Rs 201-1500
In Major League, you only have big products of Rs 1501 and above

How do you determine where people can bid: based on the number of bids that they have
If they currently have 1000 or lesser bids, they can play only in Minor League or Middle League
If they currently have between 1001-5000 bids, they can play only in Middle League or Major League
If they have greater than 5000 bids, they can only play in Major League

For Major League:
1) Manual bidding not allowed
2) Bidboss only accepts >1000 bids at a time
3) Bidding speed: 2 seconds
4) No restrictions on number of products you can win

For Middle League:
1) Manual and automatic bidding allowed
2) Bidboss only accepts >500 bids at a time
3) Bidding speed: 5 seconds
4) Restrictions on number of products you can win: Max 5 per day

For Minor League:
1) Manual and automatic bidding allowed
2) Bidboss can accept only less than 100 bids at a time
3) Bidding speed: 10 seconds
4) Restrictions on number of products you can win: Max 2 per day


Advantages of this system
1) Speed improves, no need to wait days to know the result
2) You will get more revenue, because people who are currently not playing because of the big players will come back. Also lesser people will leave
3) Bidding becomes fairer: I will use an example to explain why
Current scenario:
Sunny8278 buys Premium pack: 10000 (+2000 bonus) bids, 4000 rupees. Cost per bid: 0.267
I buy a pack of 100 bids: 100 bids, 250 rupees. Cost per bid: 0.4
Now because of his lower cost per bid, for a given product Sunny8278 can commit a larger number of bids
So he will always win if we start bidding together
So if I see Sunny8278, I simply get out because there is no way I can win

New scenario
I don't even care if Sunny8278 creates a separate account Sunny8278_Minor just to play in Minor League
Why?
Because the Minor League limit is that you can have a maximum of 1000 bids
So the per bid cost of everyone in the league is the same (because Sunny8278_Minor cannot use the bids that Sunny8278 bought at a lower cost)
So the contest becomes much fairer for everyone in the league

If you do not want to change the timer limit, you can implement the same system in a different way
Have the same league system and 3 types of Bids
Gold: Can only be used in Major League. 1 bid equals 10 rupees. So a pack of 250 gold bids will cost you Rs 2500
Silver: Can only be used in Middle League. 1 bid equals 5 rupees. So a pack of 250 silver bids will cost you Rs 1250
Bronze: Can only be used in Minor League. 1 bid equals 1 rupees. So a pack of 250 bronze bids will cost you Rs 100
What is important is that within a given league the per bid cost of everyone in the league is the same
