• The offer is valid on domestic flight bookings done only on MakeMyTrip Android and iOS apps.
• The offer is valid for bookings done during 6 PM to 10 PM on Thursday, 30th July, 2015
• The offer is valid on bookings with booking amount worth at least Rs. 3,500
• The discount will be given as cashback to MyWallet within 15 days of booking
• MyWallet cashback will expire in 3 monthsfrom date of credit of discount.
• In Customer is not eligible for cash back in wallet if deal code MMTAPPYHOURSis entered later and not at the time of making the booking
• If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.
• If customer cancels the booking, the discount will be forfeited
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer or promotion on MakeMyTrip.com
• The discount will be processed per booking basis the total transaction value and time of the booking. The discount will not be processed for each passenger.

• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Delhi only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
