Hi,
I am a progressing player (currently at level 54) and I received a lot of advantages from the Hulk buff in 12.0. Actually, since then, Hulk is my first choice for alliance quests and for clearing new contents. Recently i noticed that his SP2 crits much less frequently (up to about two months ago I think that 70-80% of his specials were crit hit, now is only 30-40%). Considering that i never use a sinergy team, i was wondering if any of you had noticed the same thing. It is possible that Kabam nerfed the hulk's stats without giving us any news?
