Has i have requested a gift redemption on 14-01-2017 from flipkart as of now 26 days completed, now the product was sold out - The product not in stock from 8 days. So please redemption the product for new request as raise.

I made a request on jan19th.Today feb 8th.18 business days over[According to your policies].still you havent procesed my request. when will i get it.Even you people are not giving reply for conversations.You are active in selecting deals,deducting coins when we do repost but you are not active in giving gifts and giving replies.
