Please check the Bank Statement which u have provided while purchasing an item from Koovs.. Cashback has been already processed

y the hell ths is showng as Order Cancelled? i already got the product....plus at the time i placed order from mytokri i chck 2 times fr tracking status..it was showng as "order tacked successfully"
further i cn share all details like delivery date screenshot prodcts snapshot etc..jst tl me asap..n resolve it asap..

If you have returned the order then It will show ordered cancelled or you can take a screenshot from koovs the order you made it from MyTokri

bro ssly disappointing...ordered on 21.1.16 40 days cmpltd on 1.3.16 n today its 19.3.16 i.e. more than 18 days frm ur refund date..n u guys r saying ki "ordered cancelled" irrespective of the status m showng u dirctly frm koovs...grt...sir pls resolve it....not cceptable it is..
