Hi,
Arcane Giant not being recruited by Oaken Summons, even though the Arcane Giants' cost was reduced by 8 or more and it is an active effect, not a battlecry, therefore it should be recruited. If I am wrong then you should change the text of the card to "Cost reduced by each spell cast this game while in your hand/drawn.
why would it be summoned?
